In a privileged natural setting, on the seaside " la pointe des Sardinaux" in Sainte Maxime , introduce yourself to an exclusive sound meditation relaxation to the sound of Tibetan bowls and crystal bowls, let yourself be carried away by the intense vibrations that the music provides for absolute relaxation. This will be followed by an aperitif picnic at the golden hour and acoustic guitar to perfect this moment out of time.

Elodie Huertas yoga teacher and musician Yoga teacher for almost 10 years, I am a lover of nature and all that it offers us in its richness and beauty. I teach hatha yoga, vinyasa flow, yin yoga and I also offer energy rebalancing treatments to the sound of my soft voice and many instruments from around the world such as crystal bowls, Rajasthani jaw harps, Tibetan bowls, guitar, shamanic drum and many others.

To perfect this exceptional moment, at sunset, you will enjoy a sublime aperitif platter in a picnic spirit. Facing the sea, you will sip a delicious fresh fruit cocktail to the sound of the acoustic guitar which will transport you elsewhere.

Access: It is accessed by the ledge lined with umbrella pines and is located just before the Nartelle beach. From the road, it is difficult to see it, the place is limited to pedestrians and parking, which is tricky, is done on the edge of the road.
