Booking and cancellation conditions

Reservation

Once your event is approved, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit which will confirm the date and time .

Cancelation

We do not offer refunds, however if the client decides to cancel we will reschedule the event for a future booking subject to availability.
Cancellation 24 hours before the reservation, no postponement will be possible.

Delay

Please make arrangements to arrive at the scheduled meeting time. Should a delay occur beyond 30 minutes, the time of the delay will be deducted from the duration of the picnic (2 hours)
Example :
30 minutes late = picnic duration 1h30
1 hour late = picnic duration 1 hour

Weather conditions

Lady Mary Creation reserves the right to cancel on the day of the event due to adverse weather conditions. We will inform you of the cancellation by email and SMS. We will try to reschedule the event to a different day and time (according to our availability). If a reschedule cannot be made, a refund will be made. Indeed, you will be automatically refunded on your initial payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank may take some time to process a refund.

Responsibility

During the duration of your picnic or event you are responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged equipment, and you may be charged if any of these events occur. Also, do not leave your picnic unattended under any circumstances. If you wish to leave earlier than the scheduled end time, please text us 15 minutes before your desired departure time and we will return as soon as possible.
