Composition: spianata piccante, coppa, mortadella, pepper caciotta, pistachio caciotta, burrata, homemade lemon feta cream, homemade marinated artichokes, dried tomatoes, orange confit and homemade artisanal morello cherry Alain Milliat, breadsticks, taralli, Cerignola olives, hazelnuts from Piedmont, lupins, local yellow zucchini, organic lemon bergamot from the garden, French strawberries, edible flowers.
